This actor is using TikTok's APIs just like a wrapper. Whatever you request to retrieve is being fetched from TikTok's servers. Regarding this repetition and dupes, unfortunately, sometimes that happens. Recently, TikTok made some changes to its pagination fields and it provides the same results on random pages. Meaning that, if you fetch these followers from your app, you will see the same thing.
We expect this problem to be resolved in a couple of days from TikTok's side. If it won't please reach out again. We will try to find another way to neglect this problem.
