Some keywords have limits on some countries and seems like this is one of them for the US. We've recently improved the logging mechanism so you can see the actual issue in the Log tab. This federation_empty error is coming directly from TikTok.
When you do a manual search on web, it is hard to understand which country it is using (can be a global one).
We'll investigate this more however when TikTok returns this kind of errors, our general suggestion is just to try again some time later.
