Can you please add an option that allows us to "Exclude Users" from being exported by adding or bulking adding their usernames and/or user ID's so we are not double charged for exporting those users?

I have run into a problem and have talk with other users of this actor who have the same problem. We have exported thousands of users successfully already with this actor. We do not want to be double charged by exporting those users again. If there was a field where you could add or bulk add the usernames and/or user ID's of the users you want to "exclude", then you would be able to prevent being double charged for users you have already exported. I spend $100 to $200 a month using this actor. But I could spend much more if I could safely export the remaining or new followers of a user without the risk of being double charged for users I have already downloaded which is one issue I and other users have. I and other users of this actor are literally sitting on money we could spend because we do not want to be double charged for exporting the same users. Can you please add an option that allows us to "Exclude Users" from being exported by adding or bulking adding their usernames and/or user ID's so we are not double charged for exporting those users?
