I understand your reply and what happened but I’m not finding any information anywhere that this is a limitation of your actor and that I need to batch the queries. So you advertise you can do something that you can’t really do, I’ve done it and had to pay double for the results and now would have to do it all over again and pay all over again, so in the end I would’ve paid three times for the data because of your misinformation. That doesn’t seem very fair or responsible. If there was anything in the information page saying you can only do 5/10 at a time I would’ve done it that way, but this feels disingenuous and scammy.

As I mentioned, these issues are not related to our actor. Let me try to clarify again:
1- The reason you see double results is that your run gets migrated by Apify, not us. If you check the Log (I am attaching a ss as well), you can see that the run gets migrated at some point and it restarts our actor. You need to contact Apify to get a resolution on this. We don't control how Apify runs our actors and when they migrate it.
2- The URL issue is related to Instagram since their signature on the URLs are expiring after a period of time and since your run took 2h45m, they are expired.
Our actor doesn't have any limitations, it is running as expected and we always try to give advice to people on how to use our actors better. When we say, "you need to batch less", it is just for you to pay less and get the most out of our actor.
I hope these clear things a bit more. I am not closing the issue in case you have more questions.

Thank you for the clarification and for leaving this issue open so I could respond. I understand now that you are saying the issue here is on Apify's side and they are the ones I should contact about doubling up my results making me pay twice for the results and the for the fact that runs that take 2h45m or longer won't be able to access images at all because of instagrams signature expiration time. I will reach out to Apify support now and relay this information, particularly I'm interested in transparency to users so they know that there is a disconnect between what your information pages says your actor does and what Apify can actually produce.

Yes, in order to be fast, our actors don't support this migration. It is always better to create several runs and use smaller batches. You will get faster returns and if there are cases like this kind of URL expiration due to the target platform, you won't get affected much.
