Scraping reels by hashtag

We're trying to figure out if it's possible to scrape reels by hashtag. Scraping through the /explore/tags url doesn't seem to return most of the posts. We tested it using a filter like until:2025-03-20, but it missed a lot of reels and posts (possibly because most of them are reels). We know the free plan only returns up to 10 results, but in this case, it didn’t even return that many, which is why we tested with the date filter, and we know there should be more, since we ran a campaign using that hashtag during that time. We used Apify's Instagram Hashtag Scraper before, but it looks like it's having issues now. Reels results seem to be capped at 31. So we’re looking for another tool that can handle this better.

I just heard back from our engineering team, unfortunately, it’s not currently possible to scrape only reels with the existing scraper. However, we’re working on a new, more advanced Instagram scraper that will support this feature.
