In additional I see that duplicates have different count of Playcounts. Looks like a bug just for this account

Unfortunately this happens due to the way Instagram provides the data to us however we've did some improvements so it should be very minimum now.
Please try again but keep in mind that it can happen time to time. Let us know if this starts to happen very frequently and becomes a big issue to us.
