You are right. There is something wrong I will fix it today. Thanks for reporting!
The way I built this actor is the following: in your INPUT, you are supposed to put "search urls" not doctors "urls". If you really want to put doctor urls, you will need to add "label":"doctor" in the userdata of your input url
Since other users had the same issue, I will work on a way to recognize pages automatically soon. In the meantime the fix I have you should work. Here are some screenshots to help you
