Issues with New Data Not Going into Defined Dataset_ID

Hello, I am having trouble trying to get one of my actors to do what I have instructed. This is an actor I am renting from the community. I made sure to direct the newly obtained data into an existing dataset_id which does exist, however it continues to create a new dataset_id instead, making me have to find ways to merge the new data with the old. Why is the system not storing the new data where I directed to?
