Hi on that original run I can see a lot of them are getting bad results due to a Firewall/protection on TikTok. Probably a recent change that is affecting the Cheerio scraper.
I can see someone just did another run with similar usernames provided, was this you? That run appeared to work completely successfully.
One way you may get better success rates is using the Playwright scraper. This used to be an option in the "Crawler Settings" however it was removed as the Cheerio scraper was working so well and is alot quicker. To enable it you can add
"crawlerType": "playwright"
To your input using the JSON editor viewer, see screenshot attached for an example. Maybe give that a try and if it works for you sufficiently I'll re-add it as an option on the crawler settings.

That other run was me, it says successful but it had the same result with around 90% of results undefined.
Looks like playwright scraper using JSON editor seemed to work much better but yes much slower.

Good to hear that's working better.
Unfortunately it's the awkward thing with scraping sometimes things change and there isn't anyway to predict it. I'll have a look next week if there is any way to handle the scenario quicker with Cheerio. I'll keep this issue open for now incase others have the same issue.
